Four large houses in north London

Four large houses in north London.

A composition of three large houses typical of the surrounding early-nineteenth-century inner suburb, now one of the capital’s most desirable residential areas. Arranged with two central houses with stucco exteriors and two more houses in symmetrical brick wings. The detailing and the creation of a unified composition led a government inspector, who granted permission for their construction, to judge it to be of outstanding quality and at least the equal of the nearby protected buildings.
